Our Commitments & Initiatives
At the Grand Hôtel, we are deeply committed to operating with the utmost respect for the environment, setting new goals every year to further reduce our impact on the world around us.
Our initiatives are visible throughout the hotel: All our teams receive continuous training on water conservation, and in the kitchen, we proudly prioritize local produce.
On the guest floors, as of this year, all our cleaning products are now Ecocert certified. Furthermore, to help eliminate single-use plastic bottles, we greet guests with a reusable glass water bottle upon arrival, and water fountains are available on all floors. Guests are also encouraged to follow "best practices" regarding the reuse of bath linen and in-room water consumption.
Finally, outside, we are gradually switching our landscaping to less water-intensive, climate-appropriate varieties, with irrigation precisely timed for peak efficiency and conservation.
